Ivona Kutermankiewicz was referred to the clients’ by their best friend who said “call Ivona, she will tell you exactly what you need to do to get the house sold”. After the first meeting, Ivona set up time to walk through the home with her staging consultant. A Google spreadsheet was created to collaborate on the changes and improvements the homeowners undertook based on the staging consultant’s suggestions. The goal was to sell in under 30 days. The family with 2 small children did not want to go through weeks of showings and the burden of keeping the house in a perfect condition for potential buyers. The kitchen was transformed by adding new quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash. Each room was accessorized with pillows and decorative objects. Ivona event sent her husband to pick up orchids for the photo shoot. The stunning twilight photos of the exterior captured imagination of another family in the neighborhood who decided to put in an offer after seeing the house only once. Results like this are due to Ivona’s insistence on spending time on the prep work in order to produce the best outcome for our clients .
